Information for Year 9 students and parents/carers about the Meningococcal ACWY vaccination and Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio vaccination which will take place in school on 17 April 2024.
This information also includes a consent form which will need to be completed even if you don’t want your child to receive the vaccination. The consent link will close two working days before the school session.
