Year 7/8 Curriculum
At KOA, the curriculum at KS3 is well sequenced, progressive and rigorous. All students study a broad and balanced curriculum. We share a curriculum which is embedded within the Cabot Learning Federation to provide a high-quality foundation which we can build and tailor to meet the needs of our cohort.
Year 7/8 Curriculum Time per Week
- Morning tutor time (check-ins, PSHE) – 10 minutes per day
- Afternoon tutor time (PSHE, Reading) – 25 minutes per day
- Subject lessons (25 x 1 hour periods in total)
