Insight Instructions

At KOA we have introduced a new whole school communication system, Insight, which will enable parents/carers to accurately track and monitor various aspects of their children’s progress at school via PC, laptop and mobile device and will include the following features:

• • Attendance statistics
  • Daily behaviour and achievements
  • Timetable information
  • Information on homework that has been set
  • Parents’ Evening appointment booking system
  • Notification/Alerts regarding forthcoming events

All parents have been sent a letter giving them their individual username and password. The Insight website address is: https://koa-insight.clf.uk

Insight for mobile devices is now available in your web browser (Chrome, Safari etc.) at https://koa-insight.clf.uk/webapp or by scanning the QR code

Once you have logged in for the first time by using the link on our website, typing in the address manually or on your mobile phone, please check that your email, telephone numbers and home address are correct and amend if required.

If you have more than one child attending King’s Oak, you will be able to view all siblings under the same login. Please see the User Guide for more information.
