Year 7 Performing Arts Assessment – Matilda
We are delighted to share with you a fun and exciting opportunity that your child will be able to take part in this term: throughout the term, all Year 7 students will be studying Matilda Jr. as part of their music and drama lessons. In these lessons, they will be preparing to take part in the final number of our school production of Matilda Jr.
All Year 7 students will receive a free ticket to the production. Part of their Performing Arts Assessment this term will involve questions about the live performance. During our performances of Matilda (21 & 22 March 2023 from 7.00pm – 8.30pm in the Hexagon theatre), your child will have the opportunity to join the main cast for the final part of the performance: Revolting Children (See here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-vlr3ILUMc ).
